چکیده
In organic phytosanitary management of vineyards, it is crucial to understand the available pathogen control alternatives in order progress towards a more sustainable form viticulture. The objective this study was evaluate efficacy seven biofungicides registered Chile for prevention and treatment Botrytis Bunch Rot (BBR), test novel fungicide composed chitosan riboflavin (CH-RF). Biofungicides including Trichoderma spp., Aureobasidium pullulans, Melaleuca alternifolia were evaluated using biotests with grapevine berries. Registered products (specifically biological agents) significantly reduced vitro growth B. cinerea. However, degree varied among berries Chardonnay cultivar, disease incidence severity changed depending on inoculation time. High effectiveness achieved two biofungicides, A. pullulans (average 34%) M. oil 29%). tests showed CH-RF mycelial Noticeable differences between new (incidence under 50% infection score 1) pullulans- alternifolia-based detected Therefore, experimental formulation constitutes promising alternative cinerea provides basis further research.

Correlations of Morphological, Anatomical, and Chemical Features of Grape Berries with Resistance to Botrytis cinerea.
ABSTRACT Resistance of mature berries of grapevine cultivars and selections to postharvest infection by Botrytis cinerea was assessed. Little or no resistance existed in most popular table grape Vitis vinifera cultivars, except in moderately resistant 'Emperor' and 'Autumn Black'. Highly resistant grapes were V. rotundifolia, V. labrusca, or other complex hybrids. Morphological, anatomical, and...
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequence of Botrytis cinerea BcDW1, Inoculum for Noble Rot of Grape Berries
Botrytized wines are produced from grape berries infected by Botrytis cinerea under specific environmental conditions. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of B. cinerea BcDW1, a strain isolated from Sémillon grapes in Napa Valley in 1992 that is used with the intent to induce noble rot for botrytized wine production.
متن کاملFungicide Efficacy Against Botrytis cinerea at Different Positions on Grape Shoots
Fungicide efficacy at different positions on grape shoots was determined on vinelets inoculated with Botrytis cinerea. To ensure proper fungicide coverage, vinelets (table grape cultivar Dauphine, wine grape cultivar Merlot noir), prepared from cuttings, were sprayed in a spray chamber at the recommended dosages with iprodione, pyrimethanil, cyprodinillfludioxonil and fenhexamid. Vinelets for t...
